EPF HOBBY DSR2 46B RETRACT Video

My Final review of this year 2011. There are many Retract's on the marked and i choose these and here i will tell you why and how they work. These have Metal gear and are an improvement on earlier retracts from the same brand.

High performance micro electric retract system for models 4-8 lbs (2-3,5 kg).
DSR2-46 retract is the first member of Digital Servoless Retract family with patent that EPF HOBBY company released in 2007 Q1. EPF HOBBY analyzes all existing landing gear in the market. And have found both air and servo push-pull retracts with potential issues for a long time. Air retracts need one AIR Canister pumps and so many pipes to connect each other. It is a hard job to prevent exhaust. Servo push-pull retracts mechanism needs many wires and servos connect to your receivers for your landing gear. Now, everything becomes easier. Just connect all retracts to DSR-46C retract controller. Then everything is under controlling and more reliable.

The safest system
For safety, DSR-46 has a unique security system which uses advanced micro chip to control each retract. Three independent circuits to check working status of each retract. Such as the current, battery condition and motor status etc. Auto cut off retract if despaired situation happened to prevent draining battery. DSR-50C controller uses 2 colors LED as warring. Normal is Green. LED becomes FLASH RED if the input power lower than working level. And shut retract down if the current over 80% of motor stall. It is helpful to protect all the high precision system.

Fun of next generation
Total length is 46mm, 24.5mm high and 27mm width. It matches all existing R/C aircraft under 8 lbs. No mater what wooden/foamy R/C aircraft. There are total 4 types of complete set. You could choice one of them to setup in your model easily. LED lighter version is more fun. High brightness LED inside. Nose retract is white. Right is GREEN. Left is RED. They will automatically turn on while the strut down. And off while up. They don't need occupy any receiver channel. Så lenge de går i ...
Så lenge de går i lås og er montert godt? så vil de klare en hard landing. De som er bra er at disse også kommer med innebygd lys som slukker når de er inne. Husk å bestille de nyeste versjonene. De er med metal gear. Har ikke testet disse på gress men hjulene er litt små på mine da.. Kanskje for større modeller

Jag var sååå nära att beställa en av sådana direkt från fabriken i Kina,? men det gjorde inte , jag kände bara att måste undersöka mer om saken vilka är fördelar och nackdelar av den här artefakt jämföras med den andra fällbara luft driven, kan man lita på denna i fall om man har en lite "hård landning" ? hur funkar denna på gräs fältet ? tack för review !! mycket fint video !! hälsningar från Sverige

Vist du feks bruker ett 4 cellers batteri så kobler du retracts kontrollboks til balansepluggen på batteri. når du bestiller disse så må du kjøpe til den? pluggen som passer til ditt batteri. 3-6 celler

bra kvalitet? er de tunge? kan du koble strømmotake på retractsa på batteriet jeg bruker til vanlig i flyet så jeg slipper og må ha? 2 batterier oppe i flyet? jeg vurderer og skaffe meg retracts til en stryker f27q og vil ha noen greie retracts..
